Paradigm Commercial is a central Texas-based commercial general contracting firm capable of delivering complex, cutting-edge, and high-end interiors and buildings. With a singular focus on making our clients’ visions a reality, Paradigm’s team is ready to handle projects of all sizes and scopes. Paradigm was founded in 2021 by Joe O’Jibway, Dylan Jensen, and Heather Merz. Our management team previously worked together as executives at a large general contracting firm in Austin. Together our leadership team provides a combined 50+ years in the construction industry. We deliver an exceptional product with first-class service and are committed to making a difference for our clients, employees, and community. We have built strong relationships with local subcontractors and vendors—extending to every level within their organizations, allowing us access to the best talent in the area.

Joe O'Jibway
Principal

A construction industry veteran of over 20 years, Joe is responsible for leading Paradigm Commercial's construction management team. He specializes in both ground-up construction and commercial interior renovations of all sizes. In addition to supporting Paradigm's mission and vision, he oversees all daily job-site operations, as well as working to continuously improve internal organizational processes and infrastructure.
Dylan Jensen
Principal

Our preconstruction process is managed by Dylan, who oversees all efforts to determine costs and requirements associated with new projects by collaborating with clients, architects, and engineers. Cost control is his primary focus, which includes ensuring only the best subcontractors are invited to participate on every project. Dylan works with vendors and subcontractors daily, sustaining relationships and cultivating new industry partners to ensure the most competitive pricing.
Heather Merz
Chief Financial Officer

Heather oversees the financial affairs and operations of the company, leading numerous business functions that are essential to the growth and success of Paradigm Commercial. Her focus on the diverse facets of our business allows her insight into the optimization of Paradigm's financial performance, operating capabilities, employment strategies, and procedures that benefit the Company and its outside partners.
