Our preconstruction team will work with you to properly
plan, prepare, and control the budget for your project. We believe due
diligence in the beginning saves time and money in the end. We engage with
design teams early to ensure proper planning and budgeting can be established
in order to set the project up for success.
Together, we will develop a budget and provide detailed cost
estimating based on knowledge of past projects, in-house estimation tools, and
leveraging our subcontractor community. We will devise a schedule and provide a
thorough constructability review which results in fewer construction-phase
budget and schedule impacts. Our preconstruction team will lead
constructibility efforts and value studies as design documents are completed to
determine the best value and benefit to help make your vision a reality.

Dylan Jensen
Principal | Vice President of Preconstruction
Dylan is one-third partner and serves as Vice President
of Preconstruction at Paradigm Commercial. He received a Bachelor of
Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas State University. Dylan
has extensive experience in many facets of construction including project
estimating, preconstruction, operations, and new business solicitation. He also
leads preconstruction training and development efforts and is determined to
help provide the best quality and custom solutions to the benefit of each
client. Dylan has successfully been awarded and managed preconstruction efforts
for over two-million sq. ft. of projects valued at over $150-million
combined.
