Do you have furnished apartments?
Some of our communities have furnished units available. If you are interested in a community that doesn’t provide furnished units, we have relationships with several local furniture stores that can help you meet your furniture needs at an affordable rate.
What is a redecorating fee?
The redecorating fee is paid at the time you pay the security deposit to reserve your apartment. It covers the normal expenses of a carpet steam clean, touch-up paint and cleaning of the unit.
