The following benefit programs are available to Regular Full-Time Team Members:
- Paradigm Properties’ employees who regularly work 32 hours or more per week are eligible for all insurance benefits, effective the first day of the month following 90 days of continuous employment.
- Health Insurance – Paradigm offers a dual-option HMO/PPO health insurance plan.
- Dental Insurance – Paradigm offers a dual option dental insurance plan, a Low Option plan provides full benefits from network providers and a High Option plan provides full benefits from out-of-network providers.
- Basic Life Insurance – Paradigm provides all eligible employees with $30,000 group life and AD&D insurance coverage at no cost.
- Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance – Employees may elect supplemental group term life insurance on themselves, their spouse and their children.
- Long-Term Disability Insurance – All eligible employees are automatically covered for long-term disability insurance at no cost.
- Voluntary Short-Term Disability Insurance – Employees may elect voluntary short-term disability insurance that provides income continuation during the first six (6) months of a disability.
- Flexible Spending Accounts:
- Medical Care Reimbursement – Allows you to pay on a pre-tax basis a broad range of family medical, dental and eye care costs that are not reimbursed by insurance.
- Dependent Care Account – May allow you to pay some of the expenses on a tax-free basis for day care for dependents in order to work.
- AFLAC – Paradigm offers payroll deduction for several plans from AFLAC, which include the Personal Cancer Protection Plan, the Hospital Indemnity Plan and the Accident Plan.
- 401(k) Savings Plan – Paradigm has established a 401(k) Savings Plan to provide employees the potential for future financial security for retirement. The plan allows contributions up to the legally allowed limits and includes an employee match.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) – PTO is available to all regular full-time employees to provide them opportunities for rest, recuperation and personal pursuits. The amount of PTO employees accrue increases with the length of employment.
- Holidays and Bereavement Leave – Paradigm provides paid holidays and paid bereavement time off to all regular full-time employees.
