We consciously attempt to create a positive, principle-oriented company
culture. Job offers to all prospective Team Members come with a copy of the highly
acclaimed best-seller, The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, by Stephen R. Covey. Prospective Team Members are assigned to look it over and make sure they are
comfortable with its principles.
New Team Members are asked to read the book during their first 90 days and write a
one-page reaction/review. The insights and observations various team members have
shared are frequently moving and help remind us of the important things in business
and in life. We've tried to incorporate those insights into our company culture, which
captures what Paradigm is about.
Paradigm puts its training dollars behind its company culture. All senior and mid-level
Team Members take Stephen Covey's three-day 7 Habits workshop and all senior Team Members take the three-day
Principle-Centered Leadership course. To encourage continuous improvement in our Residents, we've
instituted a book bonus program whereby Paradigm Residents can earn money by
reading from our corporate library.
