One of our guiding principles is to help improve the communities in which we do business. To us, this means adhering to the highest ethical standards, recognizing our obligation to the stakeholders in our enterprise, and "giving back" in various ways to the people and areas that have helped us achieve success.
One good example of this is Paradigm's book essay/scholarship contest. Begun in 1997, featured titles have included Stephen Covey's The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, M. Scott Peck's The Road Less Traveled, and Getting to Yes, by Roger Fisher and William Ury. Students can apply for the Paradigm 7 Habits Scholarship, while residents participate in the Resident Book Bonus program.
